What will I learn with Guitar Lessons?
Once you’ve got the basics down you can work on more intermediate and advanced techniques. Your tutor will help you progress at your own pace in a fun and safe environment.
Tuition for all ages and abilities
Every tutor at Amped Up Music Academy provides tuition for all ages of students, teaching children from 6 years old and up (there’s no age limit to learning how to play an instrument!). Likewise, they can teach all abilities, from beginner to advanced.
Guitar lessons for the Doncaster area
We’re located just on the edge of town, with great access from all sides of Doncaster – Bessacarr, Cantley, Sprotbrough, Bawtry and Tickhill are all close by, and we’ve got great motorway links with the M18 motorway just a few minutes away.

Jamie Godfrey Guitar/Singing TutorJamie basically plays every instrument under the sun (no, it’s not fair!). He has a music degree from the University of Chester and he’s grade 8 on guitar. He’s also the lead singer and guitarist in two brilliant bands.

Dave Baxter Guitar/Bass Tutor
Dave’s a guitar & bass player with a degree in music technology from Leeds Met. In recent years he’s become obsessed with learning everything about guitar playing and music theory and he’s here to pass that knowledge on!
